Prioritizing Pre-Hospital Interventions to Improve Cardiac Arrest Survival

Our Keynote Speaker, Kim Harkins, is a program director with the University ofMinnesota Center for Resuscitation Medicine and the Minnesota Mobile Resuscitation Consortium, a collaborationof health systems and EMS agencies in the Twin Cities working to improve survival rates from out-of-hospitalcardiac arrest.

The first emergency responders on scene: rapid AED deployment through Law Enforcement will discuss the effectiveness of a statewide first responder AED programs as well as insight into reproducing these efforts in Michigan.
